When it comes to hiring for software development positions, businesses need to look for a combination of technical and soft skills. Including the rise of remote work and the skills business businesses need to hire in the software development space. So it could be interesting, those of you out there that are running companies that need to hire either internal software developers or you're looking to outsource work, what types of things you should be looking for?

What types of things software developing candidates should have? Yeah, that sounds like fun first. Uh, let's talk about some things that are happening. Yeah. In, in the universe. Um, Open AI has recently released their ChatGPT model into their api. So, um, beforehand I saw a lot of people like trying to hack ChatGPT in some way.

There's a lot of repos out there, um, where people were trying to like take what ChatGPT is doing and implement it somehow into their own software things. Mm-hmm. kind of like what. Has, has done, but officially, right. So now, now ChatGPT is available, uh, for people to do that, um, legitimately, right.
